Kanha National Park, also known as Kanha Tiger Reserve, is a vast expanse of grassland and forest in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. Tigers, jackals and wild pigs can be spotted in Kanha Meadows. The elevated plateau of Bamhnidadar is home to birds of prey. Animals often gather at the watering holes of Sondar Tank and Babathenga Tank. The park’s flora and fauna are documented in the park's Kanha Museum.

A trip to Kanha Reserve directly takes you to the widespread arena of the lush habitat of wild creatures. With elephant and jeep safari an encounter to all these species is really generous and worthwhile. With jungle safari you can take a closer look to the wild animals and can capture their magnanimous images in your cameras.

Kanha National Park - 02 Night / 03 Days

Day 1 Nagpur- Kanha National Park (285 Kms/ 06 Hrs drive)

Upon your arrival at Nagpur Railway Station/ Airport, our tour representative welcomes you and assists you in smooth transfer to the hotel. Later, take a straight drive towards the Kanha National Park. Upon arrival in Kanha, check into the resort. The evening is free to explore the bird watching experience in and around the resort & local area. Later, enjoy the evening tea in the wilderness of Kanha. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Day 2 Kanha National Park

In the morning, our jeep will pick you from resort for Jungle Safari into the national park with trained wildlife naturalists. After game safari, drive back to the resort followed breakfast. The rest of the day is free to explore the surrounding sights. Post lunch in the afternoon, it’s time to board the open jeep to enjoy wildlife safari at Kanha National Park. In the evening, return back to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 Kanha National Park- Leave for Nagpur in the afternoon (285 Kms/ 06 Hrs drive)

In the morning, go out for a jungle safari to explore the flora & fauna of Kanha Tiger Reserve. At 11.30 hours, return back to the resort. Enjoy breakfast at the resort and gear up to check-out of the resort, and drive for Nagpur. Upon arrival in Nagpur, you will be transferred to the Railway Station/ Airport for onwards journey.

By Air

Check availability of flights from Mumbai to Kanha. There are direct flights available to Kanha from Mumbai. Travel by flight takes about 1 hour. Several cab and taxi services are available outside the airport to travel from airport to other parts of Kanha. Jabalpur airport is the nearest airport near Kanha. It is about 96 kms from Jabalpur airport to Kanha.

By Road

By Rail

Find out the train schedule and availability to reach Kanha from Mumbai. Board train from Mumbai to Kanha, a journey of about 19 hours. Bamhani Banjur is the nearest railway station.
